Vegetarian and healthy: a no-fat Christmas pudding

Something a bit unusual I came across on the internet recently:
a vegetarian, no-fat Christmas pudding.

Your health and your waistline will heave a sigh of relief
and thank you for it.  :-)

What's more,  this Christmas pudding does not need
to be made so many weeks in advance.
